DubiChow can be offered dry or wet.  The benefit of serving it dry prevents it from spoiling.  DubiChow can be either offered in a dish or lightly sprinkled on the bottom of the colony floor where it is easily found.  The benefit of serving it wet, is that the food can be easily found (dubia are attracted to moister) and gives them water at the same time.  When served wet, remove any unused food after 24 hours.  Note how much food you are removing and when making the next batch, reduce by this amount.  If all food is gone after 24 hours, you might not be feeding your dubia enough.  Increase next batch.
