All but one male came alive. I got sent 3 extra of each sex so it all worked out! They even arrived with a bunch of babies! All are super active, healthy and alert! I bought some of the roach chow as well. They went to town eating that chow😂 free sample of bee pollen was a great bonus! Very satisfied! Definitely will be ordering again if I need more!

Everything arrived alive except for two male dubia roaches. But the threw in a couple extras so no big deal. Everything was packaged in mesh bags including the meal worms i ordered. Definitely recommend this company. Received them very quickly as well. Didnt get pics because i was in a hurry to get back to work.

They sent extra! 20 males instead of 10 and 35 females instead of 25. I'm assuming that this was because of deaths, but only 5-8 were dead or dying. So it was definitely a great deal! Overall healthy and active.

All were alive but 2 and they offered to replace them but I they had already sent extra so no need. These were huge and already had babies in the bag too. Will order more!!

ordered 25 female 10 males, came with 5 extras of each. (30+15). Only a single female arrived dead and there were multiple births in the bag!

Took a while to review this but I am very satisfied with my purchase. Even though 2 adult females came dead (from a 3-day shipping delay that was USPS’s fault) I still had slightly more than what I ordered and they were in perfect condition. I bought enough to start my own colony but if I ever need anything I would DEFINITELY order from here again!

I had ordered the adult mixture and nymphs and the adults are nice and big and their black is so beautiful. The nymphs are very lively and perfect to grow into adults to help breed my colony.

All of the roaches came in great bags. They were great sizes. They gave extra just in case some died during traveling. They allow for sampling of sizes. The beetles were also really good. Great online store.

Rob is so AMAZING!! My dubia were well packaged, all alive and healthy!! I received the best customer service AND my bugs were held at the post office to ensure live arrival.

PSA!! Make sure to add the CORRECT ADDRESS WHEN PLACING AN ORDER!!! Rob and I both had to have words with my local post office!! We literally had to try and track them down!! The people working for USPS are incompetent! This is your warning to stay on top of your order!!! The post office sure won't!

they gave me 15 instead of 10 females and like 3 or 4 extra males, def would order from here again!!

Received them alive and with extras. One female got obviously squished in transit but it happens.

Not trying to be mean, but I honestly wasn't expecting much, however the roaches arrived in great shape and none dead! I also had gotten a few "sample" roaches, and all of those came in without an issue. They were packaged and secured well. I don't leave reviews often but I was impressed!

Came in alive and look healthy.
