Dubia Roaches: Large 1" (L) - Super Dubi Special

We paid the extra for the protection and they spent no time outside and half of the roaches in the delivery were dead. We should get something for this order.

For a 2nd time the Dubia we purchased do not appear to be in good condition. The first time this happened I reached out and someone answered my email inquiry right away. This time, I sent and email and followed up and no response. There is not a number listed to call either. Would someone please take a look at my email? Thank you

I am sorry, but as I emailed earlier I haven’t received the order.

I very rarely will give a five star rating, mostly because you can always improve SOMEHOW.
However, between the quality & quantity of the insects, supplies needed for them, the new products being added, & deals/specials that I have never seen with any other company, they deserve the five stars. On top of that, their customer service is par to none--nothing but absolutely helpful every single time.
I don't think I have ever waited more than 5mins for a response through their “live chat" which is an (over)estimated time. I’ve always had my questions answered, even if I have to go back and ask more, they ARE there for YOU through each "step" if you need them to be; they provide help picking your products, how many of what you want/will need. Once they even added a discounted/special item back into stock because I had missed the special. Disabled & take care of my mother, so I missed the time limit which they completely understood & did everything to make sure my beardie got his favorite meal. This company isn’t just about making money, it’s about making sure that their customers are happy/taken care of, will go the extra mile when needed, & ensure that our pets are well fed w/ their favorite treats
I’ve gotten everything from egg crates, water crystals & roach chow to various sizes of nymphs & adults to have a small colony. Prices are very reasonable, w/wo specials, even on a limited income. Overall, this is the BEST place to get your feeder insects, especially the Dubia roaches. Do yourself a favor & sign up for the VIP program, you'll need it as both you and your pet will be hooked by your second order.

My order somehow got lost never delivery. Email Dubideli and the company send out replacement the next day. Very happy customer and will buy again for sure.

Roaches arrived safe and sound as always. I think out of the roughly 200 that I ordered maybe 2 were dead on arrival. That is amazing! I also love that a cool pack was included in the shipping box this time. That definitely helped when USPS left the box in direct sunlight.

I buy from Dubi deli because they have great prices and excellent products. Their feeders always come in just fine with less that 1% dead. I’ve been recommending them to everyone who asks where to get feeder insects from.
