Keep your live insects safe during cold weather with our reliable winter heat pack option. Each order includes at least one 72-hour or 96-hour heat pack, chosen based on current weather and transit time to maintain optimal conditions in your package.

Our heat packs sustain a steady internal box providing gentle, consistent warmth to protect your bugs from cold shock and shipping stress.

⚠️ Important: A heat pack is required for our Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) whenever temperatures are expected to drop below 45°F.
