  • Typical guidelines: Heat-pack at 45°F and below, Liner at 32°F and below, Hold at Post Office at 25°F and below or 90°F and above.
  • You can always add extra protection even when an option is marked Optional.

Description

Request your package to be held at the Post Office for pickup.  You must call your Post Office and provide them with tracking as well.  They don't always honor a hold unless the customer also makes the request.   Not doing so could void your live arrival guarantee (LAG) if a hold is required for LAG.
