Description

Request your package to be held at the Post Office for pickup.  You must call your Post Office and provide them with tracking as well.  They don't always honor a hold unless the customer also makes the request.   Not doing so could void your live arrival guarantee (LAG) if a hold is required for LAG.

Best Option for AZ Weather - Hold at Post Office

The hold-at-post-office option is fantastic. I live in a state that can be very bipolar. It also gets very hot. To avoid dying feed, I have always opted to use the Hold at Post Office option. Honestly, I wouldn't choose any other option where I live. All of my orders have arrived alive and thriving. I would recommend Dubi Deli and the Hold at Post Office to anyone who has issues with dying feed.

Dubi Deli marked the box to be held at the post office but the post office failed to do so. DD did its job; the PO did not. Currently looking into this.

Post office delivered to my house instead of holding them atleast someone was home and they were alive
